Here users can also send requests for new connections or give lead to their service provider, add new family members to your single connection, customer can check plans provided by their service provider, And complete guide of how you pay your bills with link (if provided by your service provider).
As per customer requirement we have also added some other services like... Apply for static IP, Change his/her existing plan, Request for change of registered mobile number. Request for change of registered email id.
Apps also have functionality for sending requests to shift your connection from one location to another location. Also, customers can send call back requests to your register number and Refer to friends requests.
Customers can check connection speed and daily usage i.e. downloading and uploading speed using the speed test tool and usage test tool respectively.
Customers can also check how many devices are connected to their wifi ONU/network to verify their devices.
